REPLACEMENT COSTS

If any items in your ‘rooms’ (including the tent, its furniture and fittings) are damaged or missing during your stay with us, we will invoice you the below costs of replacing the missing or damaged item(s):

Tents

• 4m Bell Tent - £450

• 5m Bell Tent - £550

Beds

• Tribe Single Bed - £90

• Warrior Single Bed - £110

• Tribe Double Bed - £120

• Warrior Double Bed - £140

• Chief/Newlywed Bed - £200

Furnishings

• Bed Sheet - £10

• Duvet, Pillow and Cover Single - £35

• Duvet, Pillows and Cover Double - £45

• Blanket - £20

• Cushion - £15

• Rug - £15

• Jute Rug - £25

Extras

• Solar Charger - £20

• Mirror - £20

• Flower Vase - £20

• Lights Bottle - £10

Any replacements will incur an admin fee of £50.

If excessive cleaning is needed, guests will be charged £50 per tent. Cleaning required on the tent shell will incur a fee of £100.

Smoking in a tent will incur a £150 fee.

Photographs will be provided and invoices issued.

Failure to make this payment within the designated timeframe will lead to the costs being removed from the event organisers security deposit.
