What’s inside the tent?
All our furnished tents come standard with beds, bedding, rugs and camp lights. Have a look at our packages for what extras we have to offer!
Shall I bring bedding?
That depends on your chosen package. For blank canvas, you will require bedding. For any other packages, we have that all sorted for ya! Just bring along your glad rags – we can sort the rest.
What beds do you provide?
We have two different bed options, basic and classic options include a campbed; details of these can be found here. Our comfort package include a metal frame bed and mattress.
How many people can I fit in the tent?
Maximum we would suggest in a 5m bell is 6 adults, we offer group packages for 5-8 people
How many tents can I hire?
At private events we have a 10 tent minimum. However please give us a call if you have a bespoke event and we will do our best to help!
Is there a concierge service?
We are available to meet your guests and help them bring their luggage to their homes for the night.
Are there bathrooms?
Private events and weddings require toilets/showers – we can help source these for you, if needed.
What are the check-in/out times?
Event and Wedding times can be flexible dependent on your venue.
How do I make a booking?
Booking is simple:
Wedding Guests - Scroll through the wedding page till you find your event, then simply pick your package to book.
Wedding Couple/Private Events - Get in touch to check our availability and we can go from there!
Will I receive something to confirm my booking?
Of course! We will send you through an email confirmation as soon as booking is complete.
We will also be in touch closer to the event to make sure you have everything you need!
What is your cancellation policy?
Please see our terms and conditions.
Can we camp next to our friends?
Of course – let us know who’s in your tribe and we’ll make sure you are together!
Can we make an open fire?
Unfortunately not, there can be no naked flame near our Canvas.
